Jennie Silva

Real estate is a passion for Jennie and her husband, Paul. For the past two decades, they have actively owned, managed, and developed residential and commercial real estate throughout Metro Detroit and Northern Michigan. Most recently, they opened Hotel Earl – a 56 room boutique hotel in Charlevoix, Michigan. Jennie has been selling luxury real estate in Michigan for over 17 years. Jennie’s extensive experience in all areas of real estate provides her with valuable skills that she uses daily in negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing the team’s listings. Outside of real estate, Jennie takes pride in serving her local community and serves as a Board Member for the Arc of Grosse Pointe and Harper Woods which provides advocacy services and programming for children and adults with special needs.

Tierney Barber Kennedy

Tierney was born and raised in Chicago before moving to the heart of New York City. Tierney began her real estate career at a boutique real estate firm, Caliber Associates. She immediately fell in love with the energetic and fast-paced real estate culture of New York. Working with the Vigon Team at Bond Properties, her passion for real estate quickly brought her success and recognition as one of Midtown Manhattan’s top agents. She developed a refined white-glove customer experience and enjoyed building genuine relationships with her clients. After a successful career in NYC, Tierney and her artist husband brought their talents to Detroit. “I see Detroit as a city on the verge of a dramatic revival. The city is vibrant, with so much culture embedded in each neighborhood. Detroit is primed for a real estate boom, and I want to play a key role in making it happen,” says Tierney. She enjoys novels with a strong female lead, acting in fringe theatre, and hikes with her dog Delilah.

John Price

An affection for homes and a sense of place is a hallmark of John.  Since graduating law school in 2012, he’s held a real estate license.  With roots in Ann Arbor and Birmingham, John is engaged as a senior consultant to Lux Partners Global resting assured that progressive marketing and white glove service is the order of the day.  John helps business owners and high-net-worth families manage risk as a consultant at Lockton Companies, serves on the Art and Architecture Committee at the Detroit Athletic Club, and volunteers as a Director on the board of Methodist Children’s Home Society.  His latest passion project is making a documentary about a coal baron’s former estate in southwest Pennsylvania: The Story of Linden Hall.


Ryanne Fahnestock

Ryanne Fahnestock grew up in Livonia, MI, and graduated from Franklin High School. Immediately after graduating, she moved to Florida and worked for Disney while she pursued her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Since receiving her degree, Ryanne has received extensive training in Accounting and Finance over the last 5 years and has worked in multiple finance positions. Currently, she is attending Walsh College to pursue her MBA. Ryanne resides in South Lyon, MI with her husband (middle school sweetheart) and three children. She works diligently behind the scenes to ensure all operations are moving smoothly for our clients. Many describe her as a go-getter, super mom, and community builder.

Jeff Li

Jeff is originally from China and has visited more than 20 countries. He speaks fluent Chinese, English, and German. He moved to the U.S. when he was 18 to pursue higher education and obtained his bachelor’s degree at Michigan’s best private school Kettering University. Later he studied business management at Harvard University and started investing in real estate. Now Jeff has been investing in the U.S. for more than 10 years with a portfolio of over 500 properties. Jeff is known for his insightful judgment and accurate market prediction. Jeff is well connected in both China and the U.S. He currently spends his time between Detroit, Los Angeles, and NYC.

Patrick Brewis

Senior Interior Designer

Patrick Brewis is both an interior designer and a professional actor. As a child, he was already designing and stashing floor plans and facades in a bottom dresser drawer.  Not much later, he began acting, designing characters instead. Upon graduation from Wayne State University with a BFA in Theatre, he began performing internationally. Gaining transferable skills from his education and experience, Patrick subsequently applied them to create success in sales, marketing, creative events, fundraising, and ultimately design and project management. Patrick now designs and manages projects for residential, hospitality, and commercial spaces. His focus is a bespoke design that inspires and heals, giving his clients a deeper connection with their own surroundings. His boutique services offer complete transformation to those looking for the extraordinary.
